Pulp Fiction co-writer Roger Avary wants to use AI to film Milton's Paradise Lost, because apparently human filmmakers aren't soulless enough for the task. Critics are already pointing out that an AI-generated version of one of literature's greatest works is fundamentally unworthy of the source material. Nothing says 'epic exploration of free will and divine purpose' like algorithmically generated cinema.
