Anthropic is calling for Alibaba to face consequences after allegedly using 25,000 fake accounts to harvest 28.8 million conversations from Claude — essentially trying to clone an AI by brute-forcing its knowledge out the front door. Nothing says 'we believe in innovation' like industrially strip-mining someone else's model. The largest known API abuse attack just became the pettiest form of corporate espionage.
