Anthropic's Mythos 5 is limping back after a two-week standoff with the Trump administration, but only for a lucky few organizations while the public-facing Fable 5 remains benched. Nothing says 'cutting-edge AI' like needing government permission slips to operate. At least someone's keeping these companies on a leash.
