Meta is shuffling 7,000 employees like deck chairs on the Titanic, reassigning them to AI projects right before the inevitable mass layoffs hit. Nothing says 'we value our people' quite like making them build the technology that'll replace them. At least they get a front-row seat to training their own replacements.
