OpenAI's ChatGPT now blocks direct "write like [author]" requests but still happily captures their "broad qualities" — because apparently stealing someone's voice is fine as long as you file off the serial numbers. The half-measure practically begs for a lawsuit to define where 'inspiration' ends and 'copyright infringement' begins.
