Musk's xAI is going door-to-door offering to buy out an entire Mississippi neighborhood — dubbed 'Elonville' — because their AI datacenter is apparently so obnoxiously loud that the cheaper option is purchasing 400+ homes rather than, you know, fixing the noise. Nothing says 'we're building the future' like displacing communities who had the audacity to live near your servers.
