AI is so good at replacing entry-level workers that Gen Z is skipping the corporate ladder entirely — because the bottom rungs no longer exist. Fresh graduates are becoming 'entrepreneurs' not out of passion, but because AI already took the starter jobs they were supposed to get. Nothing says 'progress' like forcing 22-year-olds to become CEOs because no one will hire them.
