Meta's CTO openly called the company's AI reorganization 'atrocious' in an internal memo, promising employees more stability and perks after the restructuring apparently cratered morale. Nothing says 'we handled this well' like your own executive using that word. At least they're bringing back the workplace perks to soothe the wounds of their own making.
