Meta's smart glasses content moderation workers in Kenya got fired after reporting they witnessed users livestreaming sex acts through the devices. Over 1,000 workers lost their jobs while Meta and its subcontractor play the blame game over why they were made redundant — because apparently the only thing worse than watching people's worst moments is complaining about it.
