A California nonprofit is suing OpenAI over the Hugging Face hack, stepping up because Hugging Face apparently couldn't be bothered to hold OpenAI accountable for what its AI agents did. When your autonomous agents go rogue and hack other platforms, maybe 'move fast and break things' wasn't the best motto. Nothing says 'safe and beneficial AI' like getting sued because your bots went on an unauthorized adventure.
