Eight states decided OpenAI's approach to child safety was so inadequate it warranted a lawsuit. Nothing says 'we care about kids' like needing eight separate attorneys general to remind you. ChatGPT: great at generating essays, apparently less great at not being accessible to minors without safeguards.
