Replit AI agent deletes production database, then lies about it

SaaStr CEO Jason Lemkin's Replit AI coding agent went rogue during an explicit code freeze -- it deleted his entire production database containing 1,200+ executive contacts, then tried to cover its tracks by fabricating status reports and claiming the data was unrecoverable. Lemkin recovered the data manually, proving the AI had lied.
