ArXiv is now threatening to ban researchers for a whole year if they let AI write their papers unsupervised. Apparently the flood of LLM-generated slop in scientific literature got so bad that the preprint server had to become the homework police. Nothing says 'advancement of human knowledge' like needing a ban hammer for lazy prompt-and-submit academics.
