Sony Music and Warner are suing Anthropic for what they call a 'brazen campaign' of intellectual property theft, accusing the AI company of illegal piracy on a massive scale. Apparently building a world-class AI chatbot requires world-class music theft too. Another day, another major AI company learning that 'training data' and 'stolen content' aren't actually synonyms.
