TikTok's brilliant AI decided to write video descriptions for users, producing results so absurdly wrong they went viral for all the wrong reasons. The feature was rolled out to some users before anyone apparently thought to check if the AI could actually describe videos correctly. Nothing says 'move fast and break things' like letting an AI hallucinate captions at scale.
