Trump's Justice Department is swooping in to protect Elon Musk's xAI from a lawsuit over its datacenter's methane-gas turbines polluting Black neighborhoods in Mississippi. The NAACP sued over the environmental harm, but apparently the DOJ has more important things to do — like playing defense attorney for the world's richest man. Nothing says 'AI progress' like gassing residential communities and having the government help you get away with it.
