UN Women report warns that AI tools have made 'virtual rape' readily accessible, enabling increasingly sophisticated forms of online violence against women in public life. Nothing says technological progress like democratizing sexual harassment with generative AI. Apparently the lack of laws hasn't caught up with the abundance of creeps armed with deepfake tools.
