Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how aihuynya.com ("we", "us", "the site") collects, uses, and protects information about visitors and subscribers. We try to keep this short and honest.
1. Who runs this site (Data Controller)
The site is operated by an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine:
Ivan Pasichnyk, Private Entrepreneur (ФОП)
Tax ID (РНОКПП): 3202617372
Registered address: 03179, Kyiv, Budarina str. 9, ap. 77, Ukraine

2. What we collect
We try to collect as little as possible.
- Analytics: Google Analytics records anonymized usage data (page views, referrer, device type, country). No login required.
- Tipline submissions: if you submit a tip via our anonymous tipline, we store the company name, your role (optional), and the message text. We do not collect your email, IP, or any identifying metadata.
- Email reminders (Apple Settlement page): if you opt in to be reminded when the Apple AI settlement claim window opens, we store your email address and the timestamp of submission. Nothing else.
- iPhone eligibility checker: the model and purchase date you enter run entirely in your browser. They are never sent to our server.
3. Why we collect it (legal basis)
- Analytics — legitimate interest in understanding aggregate traffic to operate and improve the site.
- Tipline submissions — your explicit submission constitutes consent to publish anonymized excerpts.
- Email reminders — your explicit consent when you submit the form. You can withdraw at any time.
4. How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default). Tipline submissions are kept indefinitely as editorial archive but never linked to a person. Email reminder addresses are deleted within 30 days after the Apple claim window closes, or earlier on request.
5. Who we share it with
- Google (Analytics provider) — anonymized usage data.
- Cloudflare (our hosting provider) — standard server logs, retained briefly.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not run ad networks.
6. Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can email us at [email protected] and request:
- A copy of any data we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- To stop receiving any future communication.
If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK, or California, the rights guaranteed by GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA apply to your data. Residents of California have the right to know what personal information has been collected and to request deletion; we have not sold personal information in the past 12 months and do not intend to.
7. Cookies
We use only the cookies set by Google Analytics for traffic measurement. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking beyond analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time without affecting site functionality.
8. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 14 days.
